🇦🇺 Domestic (Australia) Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post.

All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.

📮 Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $10
Express Shipping: $13

Note: Express only speeds up delivery time, not production time.
Bulky Item Shipping (e.g. car seats and beds): $20 flat rate

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD
(Excludes bulky items)

🏬 Local Pick-Up (Brisbane)

If you're in Brisbane, you’re welcome to pick up your order in person!
Select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.
Track your parcel via www.auspost.com.au

📬 P.O. Box Deliveries

Yes, we can deliver to P.O. Boxes in Australia via Australia Post.
Note: If a courier is required, a street address will be needed, as couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

🌍 International Orders – Case by Case Only

At this stage, we are not offering international shipping via our website.

If you're located outside of Australia and interested in placing an order, please email us at hello@zoomiezoo.com.au — we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.

🚫 Return to Sender & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item:

Return shipping is at your own expense within 14 days
Items must be unused, and in original packaging and condition
If marked "Return to Sender", any return fees charged to our Australia Post account will be passed on to you

❌ Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to make any order changes, please contact us ASAP at hello@zoomiezoo.com.au and we will do our best to assist you. Please note: Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, you will need to follow the Zoomie Zoo returns policy.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order if we're unable to fulfil it. If this occurs, we’ll notify you right away. We are not liable for any inconvenience or costs resulting from cancellations.
